Description:Dampstop is a single pack high-performance polymer modified cement-based product,  which on curing, forms a strong, flexible, waterproof coating over the substrate. The product has  been foririulated with a unique combination of flexible re-disperaible polymers, additives based on  nano technology and crystalline penetrative salts.
Application Area:Dampstop is used for:• Waterproofing of old or new concrete/masoruy wall or plaster, especially, adjacent to wash-rooms,  kitchens etc.• Interior walls, showing rising dampness, efflorescence etc.
Characteristics & Benefits• User friendly - Ready-to-use , only water needs to be added• Waterproofing - Protection of up to 7 bars ‘positive’ & 4 bars ‘negative’ hydrostatic pressure• Adhmion - Brilliant bond strength with cementitious substrates• flexibility - Able to accommodate minor surface movements and bridge hairline cracks• Breathability - Perfectly breathable to allow water vapour to pass through while blocking the liquid water, thus preventing pressure build up.• Crystalline & Nano Technology - With available moisture in the substrate, the insoluble nano crystals are formed inside the pores, with subsequent volume expansion and thus acts as a pore blocked.
Method of Application:
1. Surface Preparation:• The surface to be applied should be clean and sound, hee from any kind of contamination, dirt etc.• Thoroughly wire brush the surface and clean the dust by air compressor or by water jetting.• Oil and grease must be moved using degreasing solvents.• Any damaged surface must be repaired by using crack fillers oz polymer modified repair mortar like Advanced Latex Plus.• Take care of leakages in concealed pipes or all other sources of water, prior to application of the product.• Very weak plaster must be replaced with a new one.
2. Mixing:• Add Dampstop to water and start mixing.• Mix constantly with a stirrer using a pneumatic or electric power tool (lkw) at slow speed of 250 - 300 rpm for 3 - 5 minutes to get a homogeneous, putty like consistency.
Usage Precautions:• Do not add extra water for dilution.• Do not add any powder material, externally. Always add powder to the liquid, vice-versa not recommended.• Strictly recommended to not use directly on any non-cement surface, like POP / Gypsum / painted wall etc.• Do not expose the applied substrate to water until it is completely cured.• Must be protected from direct sunlight, foot traffic etc. at green stage of applicahon.
Shelf Life:• Best before 12 months from date of production, if stored properly in unopened, undamaged, original packaging in dry conditions at (5 - 30)”C with protection from direct simlight and frost.
Storage:• Store in cool and dry place.

AquaArm C-35 is a powder based integral crystalline water proofing system. It consists of Cement and various activechemicals. These active chemicals react with water and bye products of cement hydration which cause a catalytic reactionto form non soluble crystals. These crystals block the pore and capillaries of the concrete and thus concrete becomespermanently sealed from penetration of water. It conforms to ACI-212 3R-10 PRAH Category, BS 8102, IS 16471 Type-B Water Proofing System.
